I want a nostalgia that makes me cry tears of joy, not screams of pain. And I’m getting there. So I think I’ll sit in this cycle. I’ll turn it over, take it in. Maybe it will turn into more than a season of my life. Maybe it will be my life. Whether I stay in this exact cycle or not, I’ll be doing it sober. And I will remember.
