The first TV show lead part came after a day of being signed with a new agent in Florida in the year 2000 … . I did one or 2 shoots for the show, here and there and a lot of good came out of it. I built a fan base. We were picked up in Japan and the UK and to many places overseas. But again, I had that same feeling of being alive in front of the camera, as I did being on a stage.
Sometimes, I also have the desire to be a teacher, but other times I don’t, depending on my interaction with my students. If they are attentive and able to grasp the lessons, I feel happy being a teacher. However, if they are noisy and struggling, it becomes difficult for me, and I feel inclined to quit teaching as it becomes boring. I won’t discuss anything else about it.

Some would argue writing and art should never be an obligation, but those people probably haven’t attempted to write a novel. If they have, I doubt they’ve finished a first draft. At least not in under a decade. You can overall want to do something and still need to schedule the day to day work of it and give yourself a little carrot/stick to get started. Also pattern design is kind of my day job, and day jobs care nothing for organically occurring motivation. You just gotta do them.
Feel your feelings. Recognize your emotions. Bring Jesus into all of it. He will reveal so much to you and help you with all of it. He knows you better than you do. Ask questions. Ask Him to reveal who you are in HIm.

I want an outdoor life, but also culturally identify with people that look like me, and have histories likes me. I don’t want to drive to Las Vegas for vegetarian dim sum or the asian grocery store.

I already have a million writing projects I’m working on, so why am I doing this again? Maybe it’s because as much as I love writing, I love writing about my writing just as much, maybe more. Also, this is a pretty exciting summer for me and I really want to keep a record of it, but I’m never disciplined enough during the summer to actually write in my hard copy journal. Mostly, this will be a more permanent and explained version of what I put on facebook.

I think I am happy or somewhat content. I am scared of how time flies, but I am also grateful it does and exists as proof that things may get better with time. Maybe because a lot changes as time moves, new avenues open, we meet new people, say goodbyes, and go through the torrential emotions of life. I think I can confidently spell that I love my life and the people in it. Uhm, whatever it is, I want something soft. I want to sit back, be a favorite of the universe and experience the goodness of life in its abundance. Despite the rigid nature of our existence, I want to live an unconventional life; I want to be unorthodox, I want to exist outside the norm, and I simply want to be happy.
I want to be able to blog, chill, eat what I want when I want, see friends and family. Not that I have many friends at the moment or entirely want any.
In Case You Missed It: I was MIA this past monday [1]. No biggie — you are now receiving a full refund of your daily dose of Wants.Blog with this bonus blog post (including free shipping plus delivery on time for Christmas)! 😀
Of course in my own private world, every day is a holy day — and yet every now and then I pause a little bit more to reflect … and therefore I am appropriately tagging this post with “Golden Rule“. 😉
Likewise, I will be providing an opportunity for us (in other words: you and me) to exchange gifts (more details below the fold — LOL).
The image above was generated by the WordPress editor, based on the input text “Rudolf the Red-Nosed Reindeer in the Headlights”. I refuse to rate it. Instead, I wish to challenge my readers to create another image for what I am attempting to express here (and also in “Technology (and Audience) Capture” [ https://socio.business.blog/2025/12/20/technology-capture ] ).
I promise to be very liberal (and accepting) of images — for each and every (appropriate) image that is created, suggested, etc.
Any takers? Any givers? Any gift exchanges? … ? Please feel free to submit your image / application in the comments section! 😀

the best part of my lesson was a collaboration of sorts… One song I wanted to play (that I introduced him to) was “Scratching Machine” by Janko Nilovic, part of the Montparnasse 2000 Library. It was a collection of circa 1970s French contemporary jazz. It was mostly used for incidental music in various shows. Anyway, this particular piece has an amazing bass riff and guitar riff. Alas, no sheet music. So while I was snowbound, I picked out the main note I heard, showed my instructor and damned if he didn’t figure out the right notes for the chord! He was playing a bunch until I finally exclaimed, “That’s the one!” It’s exciting when you find someone with perfect pitch like yourself! In any case, he wrote it down so I would remember what the fuck I was playing, taught me to strum it… I was beside myself!
