Our lives are stories woven and tangled with the lives of people we love. And yes it’s not as easy as they sometimes show in TV shows but I think that’s the beauty of it. The more tangled it gets, the stronger our relationships become, but that very thing might also end up breaking the relationship.

In real life, and if that was me, I’ll still be suffering for my mistakes…I think that’s why I like long series more🤦‍♀️. Coz whenever someone messes up, I just think to myself, ‘wait until karma catches up with them!’😅. I love it when there is suffering, where good people are rewarded and bad people, well, they die by the gutters. I don’t like watching movies where people forgive each other.

I’m left wondering how close or how far a story is from what I want and need

I tend to submit my stories to magazines whose acceptance rates are 1% – 3%. I’m still trying to figure out what kind of stories the editors of those magazines prefer, so there’s much fingers-crossed submitting which results in rejections at least once a week.

Being able to create an aesthetic for the brand and reflect that in the posts, giveaways and stories was a great learning experience for myself (as I want to work in digital marketing)

Overall I have enjoyed working on this project the past few months. When I started the brand had only just launched its website and had a little following. It is now close to 500 followers and has started to build a loyal customer base with weekly purchases, and an Instagram account that showcases those customers/users.

The school has worked so hard to curb the drinking issues that are taking place on campus and it has not done what they have wished it to do. One thing includes Alcohol.edu, which is something that is also used by UW-Madison’s campus. While they have tried every method, they have been unsuccessful in curbing a lot of these problems. This call to action is something that is important in many news stories.

I cry because I supported my children and provided them a life of opportunity, love, and consistency, when I should’ve broke. I cry because I decided to move on and chase my dreams, while remaining hopeful and positive. I also cry because it was worth the pain in order to find my loving fiance’, it was worth ending up in a job that I love to wake up to and it was worth it because I have found my PASSION for life. The passion and purpose was always there, but I just had to figure out where it was inside of me :).
