Both men and women are naturally inclined to develop emotional attachments after being intimate and having sex. I feel many women do not express their sexual desires openly, because they don’t want to be seen as a whore. Nevertheless, although I feel most people desire sex, most people generally do not desire to engage in casual sex because they value their feelings; as no one wants to feel used or emotionally attached to someone who doesn’t value them.

As a teenager and young adult, I wanted to be a writer [but] it became apparent that I did not have the dedication or talent to become a published author

[Stories] have been told through the generations and because they focus on human emotions and failings they are as relevant today as they were thousands of years ago

I want someone who can handle my chaos without trying to shrink it

I was trying to convince myself I was happy, that I was where I wanted to be, where I should be — despite every instinct in my body telling me otherwise
