For a while I have been faced by a dilemma. The dilemma is where do I go from here, the medical profession has always been filled with hierarchy and we were taught to always climb the ladder of academic achievements. So many, if not most of us have spent decades honing the skills to save lives, or do research or design health policies and programs, but there is always a height that we have not yet reached.
