Whenever we fulfill a goal, value comes from two outcomes: changes (usually gains) in resources and satisfaction

Satisfaction comes from completing goals, and the feeling of that satisfaction differs by where it comes from. I have a lot to tell. Pretty funny that I have just said that. For the longest time I believed that I had nothing interesting to say, that my life wasn’t as exciting as people thought. But I see that now, I have a pretty damn interesting life. From my childhood to my newly acquired adulthood. My stories will be both happy and sad.
