I’ve seen practitioners use transactional healing to their supposed advantage, to stroke their own egos — meaning, deliberately keep a client in the dark about some aspect of their own body’s healing so the client will view the practitioner as a miracle worker.

I’ve always been a helper, though, someone who wants to make things better, help those around me reach their potential, and generally leave things better than I found them

As a teenager and young adult, I wanted to be a writer [but] it became apparent that I did not have the dedication or talent to become a published author

[Stories] have been told through the generations and because they focus on human emotions and failings they are as relevant today as they were thousands of years ago
