The title, O’ What the Fork, initially belonged to a recipe blog I started in 2010. It later rolled into a blog about PCOS, which included the trials and tribulations of being a mom and learning how to cook for fussy eaters while trying to lose weight, rather than my sanity. From there it shape-shifted into an eclectic collection of ideas, observations, recipes, photographs, confessions, fears, satire, and outlet for my creative and entrepreneurial projects.
