I’ve been reflecting on what I want to be when I grow up (no it’s not too late)

If you know “who you are” and “whose you are” then you know your name is already listed in an eternal book of “who’s who”. If the question puts you in an extended state of reflection, then start 2014 on a journey of discovery. Maybe start with finding ways to help others. Step outside your comfort zone, connect with people (not online) and serve them. Notice I didn’t say to start on a journey of “self-discovery”. Quite the opposite…this journey should focus on others first. In the process, I’m sure the person you really are will become clear.

Care and feeding? Just remember we are people too, we work to pay our bills, just like you do, so yeah, we do deserve to be paid. And, like you, we don’t appreciate being put down, talked down to or even berated. Ninety nine percent of the time, agents don’t deserve that. Yep, there are some bad ones out there, and they’re the ones who get us all downgraded in peoples’ minds. Most of us, the vast majority, actually want to serve you well.
