I would love to understand stories about self-doubt, mental health, unclear career paths, and so on. That is the third reason I made this blog in existence: I want to be a little helping hand at least to those sad souls that need to feel loved and happy about themselves.

  You just reminded me of something about the last moments I had together with my father (while he was still alive). I said “thank you”. Then he said “thank you” … and then I said “thank you for saying ‘thank you’”! (LOL) IDK how well you know English, but later that day I recalled that the word “thank” is apparently related to the word “think” … and in German the word for thoughts (“Gedanken”) also sounds a little bit like “collection of thanks”.
  
  Along those lines, thank you for creating your blog, and also for adding to it when you have time.

As a teenager and young adult, I wanted to be a writer [but] it became apparent that I did not have the dedication or talent to become a published author

[Stories] have been told through the generations and because they focus on human emotions and failings they are as relevant today as they were thousands of years ago

I want someone who can handle my chaos without trying to shrink it

I was trying to convince myself I was happy, that I was where I wanted to be, where I should be — despite every instinct in my body telling me otherwise
