Help those struggling and suffering to know that they aren’t alone. Help partners hope, find support, grow, laugh, and enjoy. Most of all, I want to, from one Defence partner to another, share ‘how’ to thrive and emerge stronger during change, challenges and #defencelife. Because thriving should be the goal, not surviving.
