Yea, me too — sadly, the author of that post seems to have given up on posting (IDK if just about that topic or overall).
IMHO WP is very much geared towards *publishing* (more than community / communication / etc.). I was going to give a talk about that topic at a WordCamp, but it was not accepted as a talk worthy of giving.
