I have a goal of what I want to accomplish, but it is okay that I am not there yet

These tips have taken me far and have given me small steps to take and the time to do it consistently. Sometimes I underrate the small consistent steps. But in the last two years I can’t believe how far I have come. And it all started with a 10 minute routine that I did while still in bed. It was great to think of what I accomplished before even getting up. And that helped to create motivation that got me up early and to grow a wonderful routine.
