In these troubling times of the pandemic, it has been extremely difficult to remain positive, especially for my friends, as we have had our college lives completely taken away from us. To complete this project, I have decided to order a bouquet of flowers every week. I will go to all of my friends and family to capture their genuine reaction to an act of kindness. At first, I will have them hold a single flower and emphasise that this is for my photography project, but as I am taking the photo, I will tell them that I have bought these flowers for them and catch their genuine reaction.

Before, I have felt too afraid to be judged but now I am coming to a point that I will embrace my flaws and allow room for judgement so that I may improve in my work. All in all, I truly believe the strongest asset in having a positive digital footprint and professional personal brand is actually being a genuinely good person in real life. Right now, I’m far from being well known in the digital world but my family, friends, co-workers, acquaintances, etc. all know the kind of person I truly am. I’ve always been known to be a down-to-earth, genuine, and kind person to every person I surround myself with which has been a strong asset for me in the digital world.

I want to entice the locals of Sydney to look around their area and appreciate the hidden culture of the inner city suburbs that tourists tend to overlook

in between my studying i love to go out and with no car or license that means a lot of walking around to use public transport. in my walks along the streets of the Sydney CBD i have noticed a lot of Sydney characteristics that no one talks about or shares with the world. So as a way to allow myself to get to know my new city more and also to begin sharing the artistic side of the Sydney street i began taking photos on my daily trips.

I mostly post pictures of my travels because i want to cherish the memories of each place that I have been to, either a picture of myself somewhere or a picture together with my travel buddies

Not only that, I also post pictures with my old school friends, in this particular case is a picture of me with my middle school friends after we took our yearbook photo together. Moreover, because the COVID-19 pandemic we are not allowed to travel, so currently I only take selfies and post it on my Instagram. In addition, I don’t only use Instagram feeds to convey my identity, but also the Instagram story and highlights feature. Like I said earlier about posting my travels, I record or snap the places, then I post it on my Instagram story and add it in my highlights.

Photography is extremely prominent in my every day life, and I want to learn more about how to take better, higher quality photos

I am unique as a photographer because I want to stick to taking the photos I used to take on my phone, but elevating them with new techniques and skills. This semester, I want to learn how to take the best possible photos with just my phone, because it is something I always have on me and I think it would be very beneficial to learn how to utilize a phone camera to take great photos. I look forward to learning a lot about photography this year and bettering my photography skills!

My ideal job would be something creative as well as making people happy with simple choices instead of complicated things for them

I think once I had a job being creative, I had found my calling. I had the freedom after given direction of what was wanted, to design for their company. I know they are many different jobs listed for the Multimedia Design career fields. Some seem more interesting than others. I know I found many that needed photography as well as certificates in Adobe. So far we have only done Photography and I found it very interesting. My photos are decent but I need to work on them a little more if I want to pursue that as a career. It says that a typical photographer makes about 32k a year. I am thinking that may be just a run of the mill photographer. If not, I may steer clear from that field. I know there are a lot of different job titles in advertising. Some include creative director, media director, marketing manager, promotions manager, product develop manager, and a media analyst. Those types of jobs require a little more than just a few certificates but it seems to be worth it for the 102k a year. I am not sure I’d like to have all that responsibility though. I like having the creative freedom and ability to go any way I’d like.
